2nd Sunday: English communion service for all ages
3rd Sunday: “Laboratory” Service
4th Sunday: French service with Holy Communion

How to live unity when spiritual practices are diverse and varied?
Learning to listen and embrace the source of Life to transform and transcend our love for ourselves, for others, for nature, the world, and the Divine, in the power of being together.
This is an experience of Mindfulness, Heartfulness, Bodyfulness, and Soulfulness in the Divine, a Godfulness adventure.

Once a quarter, we gather to learn a country dance together. There will be a reflection on two aspects of dance: the use of the body to express oneself, and the communal sense of dance. No experience or registration necessary.

A short moment of reflection and prayer (20-30 minutes) to end the day well, every Wednesday evening at 9 PM.
Usually, we follow an Ignatian-style meditation called “examen” to reflect on the day.
